Red Hat Cloud Access

At Red Hat, we recognize that the cloud is one of the most fundamental shifts in IT technology to occur in decades and that existing business models must evolve to meet the demands of the new cloud business and operational requirements. Red Hat is the first company to bring enterprise-class software, subscriptions, and support capabilities all built in to business and operational models that were designed specifically for the cloud.

Available to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Premium (24x7) subscribers, the Red Hat Cloud Access feature of a Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscription provides enterprise customers with the choice of leveraging the value of their subscription either on-premise or at Premier Red Hat Certified Clouds, including Amazon EC2.

With Red Hat Cloud Access, customers have the ability to use the advantages provided by public cloud providers, while continuing to benefit from the the high level of support delivered directly by Red Hat.

Certified providers have passed business, operational, and technical requirements to be able to offer Red Hat solutions under cloud-appropriate business models and are backed by Red Hat support relationships.

Premier Certified Cloud Providers

Premier Certified Cloud Providers offer additional capabilities from Red Hat that ensure the highest level of business and operational flexibility for enterprise customer deployments.

In addition, Premier Certified Cloud Providers are uniquely able to deliver Red Hat Cloud Access, bringing the Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscription to the cloud through an innovative licensing model and driving easy enterprise adoption for enterprises.

Cloud Solutions Partners

Cloud Solutions Partners also have passed rigorous technical requirements to offer Red Hat Enterprise Linux guests on their service.
